Q: The cost for a small business or individuals must be
prohibitive?
A: Not at all. In addition to large companies in engineering, survey and construction we have many small business
owners and individuals that benefit from our services.
Q: Does High Level Photos Services have to be booked way
in advance?
A: No, many times depending on weather and bookings we have serviced customers on the same day of the inquiry.
For special events that have set date and time it is obviously important to plan ahead.
Q: Do I have to be present at the time of the shoot.
A: No, we are used to doing the job based on your requirements and will understand your objectives having discussed your
needs. We don't need to bother you or take up your valuable time during the shoot but should you decide to be present
we could discuss additional questions you might have regarding your project at the site.
Q: What information does
High Level Photos need from the client?
A: We need a clear objective and understanding of your project in terms
of use and reproduction so we can best decide on location and image quality to get the best possible quality for the clients
needs.
Q: Do we need any special permission from authorities?
A: We usually work from public streets or your land at the
site and rarely need any special permission. In the case of accessing private property we will need permission but this is
rarely a problem.
Q: When do we get the images and what rights do we have?
A: You will receive a copy of the images on a CD at the
time of the shoot or we will deliver them to you in case you’re not present. You are licensed and able to use them
for the project they are intended for but High Level Photos retain the copyright of the images and you are not allowed
to give away or sell the images without prior written approval to any third party or other application or for submission to
any publication or photo library for instance.
Q: What sizes of subjects or projects are within your ability?
A: Large single buildings, residential property or land development is very suitable. For larger coverage such as for a
whole neighborhood or town, other applications would be better used.
